SUMMARY:Chronicle Concert
DESCRIPTION:When I first joined Love INC’s LIFE Skills Program\, I felt completely overwhelmed. Emotionally exhausted\, without income\, and living with our son because we had nowhere else to go\, life felt uncertain at every turn. At the same time\, our grandchildren were in foster care\, and our family was facing the heartbreaking realities of addiction. A call on New Year’s Eve informing us that our daughter had nearly died from a heroin overdose was one of the lowest moments we experienced. Looking back\, I can see how God sustained me through it all. Through my faith\, the prayers of others\, and the support I found through LIFE Skills\, I discovered hope when I needed it most. LIFE Skills became much more than classes\, meals\, pantries\, or mentoring. It became a community. It was a place where people shared life together—laughing\, crying\, encouraging one another\, and most importantly\, praying for one another. God also blessed me with an incredible mentor\, Mary\, whose friendship and guidance made a lasting impact on my life. Today\, I know that I am not where I am because of my own strength. I am here because of the grace of a loving Heavenly Father who never gives up on me. When I stumble\, He faithfully lifts me up and helps me move forward stronger than before. My faith in God continues to sustain me every day.
