LIFE Skills

Everything we do revolves around relationships because Love INC isn’t just about meeting needs, it’s about meeting people where they are at, and helping them achieve their God-given potential. We make this happen in our community through our LIFE (Learning In Faith and Everyday) Skills Program.

Offered as a year-round, weekly class and mentoring program, LIFE Skills provides physical, emotional, spiritual and relational support, opportunity for personal growth, financial guidance, accountability, and more. By attending classes and meeting weekly goals, participants can earn vouchers for regular access to pantry resources while being supported in accomplishing their long-term goals.

Participants currently meet on Thursday evenings, 6-8pm at Corner Bible Church, 4001 124th Avenue, Allegan, MI 49090.

*Services are provided regardless of sex, age, race, religion or living circumstances.

LIFE Skills Children's Ministry

The Children’s Ministry’s purpose is to provide onsite care and an evening meal to the children and teens of LIFE Skills participants, during LIFE Skills meetings, classes, and events. It is reassuring for the participants to know that their children are onsite, safe, and cared for by screened volunteers. It helps the participants stay focused and engaged in the program. The children participate in crafts, Bible stories, games and a meal/snack. For more information how you can volunteer with the program or provide a meal, please contact Jean at 269.751.2533, ext. 107.
