Free Expungement Fair & Resource Clinic

Allegan & Van Buren Public Defender’s Office is partnering with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and Safe & Just Michigan to present a free Expungement Fair & Resource Clinic in the Zimmerman Room at the Allegan County Human Services Building. This is free to any Michigan resident. Please bring Federal or State-Issued ID, driver’s license, or birth certificate for proof of identity. The Fair will include attorneys to help eligible attendees complete paperwork, volunteer notaries, finger-print scan, and information on next steps after the application is completed and mailed. Preregistration is not required.
